Committee Goals
The Conference & Expo Committee provides support for and manages ITS Midwest annual Conferences, logistics and day to day operations. The Conference & Expo Committee member has the unique opportunity to interact with ITS Midwest members of the four Chapter States and beyond.
Committee Member Responsibilities
- Budget preparation
- Visit and selection of venue
- Technical Program development
- Social Events organization
- Sponsorships management
- Exhibit coordination

Meeting Requirements
- Attend conference calls on a regular basis with call frequency TBD by Committee Chair
- Participate actively in meetings
- Attend at least a minimum number of meetings TBD by Committee Chair
Eligibility Requirements
- Open to all ITS Midwest members current with their membership dues
