Corporate Membership

Eligibility

If you are employed by a company, university, or organization, please see the details for membership below.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Open to companies, corporations, associations, governmental agencies, universities, and other organizations interested in advancing ITS development and deployment. This is the standard corporate membership option and does not include the additional student‑engagement benefits available to universities through the University‑Sponsored Membership.

US $425

UNIVERSITY-SPONSORED MEMBERSHIP
Open to universities only. Offers all benefits of Corporate Membership for university staff and students, plus benefits simplifying the process for Universities to support student involvement in ITS Midwest activities and events.
Focused on students engagement. Check benefits overview for University-Sponsored Membership
Follow the same steps as for Corporate Membership to apply (select the University-Sponsored Dues instead of Corporate Membership Dues).

US $3,000

Corporate membership entitles a member company or organization to:

  • unlimited number of members,
  • company logo and link featured on ITS Midwest website,
  • member spotlight article and
  • many more exclusive benefits

Universities may instead select the University‑Sponsored Membership, which provides all Corporate benefits along with enhanced support for student participation in ITS Midwest activities.

Please note that both Corporate Membership and the University‑Sponsored Membership use the same application form.  Follow the steps outlined below to become a corporate member. After completing the contact information section, you will be prompted to select your membership type and corresponding dues.

If you are self-employed or retired, apply for individual membership.

Step 1: Membership Status Check

Check if your company is already a member

Before applying for corporate membership:

  • check the list of current Primary Corporate Members (PCMs) and
  • look if there is someone from your company.

PCMs are the main point of contact for the ITS Midwest membership at a member company or organization.

Check current PCMs

Click or tap to expand/hide the 2025 PCMs List

TIP: Use the browser's find tool (Ctrl+F or Command+F on desktops) to search for the company name in the contact list, as it's sorted alphabetically by first names. On mobile, tap the menu and select ‘Find in page’ to highlight words.

What can a PCM do? The PCM for a company or organization can renew membership for a Corporate Member, submit requests to add or remove Secondary Corporate Members (SCMs) and company members, and receives all communications regarding corporate membership.

Step 2: Membership Application

You have different options to become a Corporate Member,
depending on whether you found your company's PCM or not in the list:

a Company's PCM is listed

Great news: if an employee of your company or organization is listed in the 2023 PCMs list, your company / organization is a corporate member! This means that you could be entitled to corporate membership already. In this case, this is what you should do:

Request PCM to enroll you

Contact company's PCM

Contact your company's PCM, asking if you can be enrolled under the company's current Corporate Membership. That's it!

B Company's PCM is NOT listed

If no one from your company  or organization is included in the list above, this means that your company / organization is not a corporate member yet. Be the first to apply for your company!

In this case you have two options:

1 Join for your company today!

Apply for Corporate Membership

Complete a new corporate membership application for as many members in your company /organization as might be interested.*

2 Join as an Individual Member!

Apply for Individual Membership

Complete a new Individual Membership application if you believe you are the only one at your company /organization interested membership.

* If you are the first person at your employer to apply as a Corporate Member, you will become the Primary Corporate Member (PCM). The PCM can renew membership for a Corporate Member, submit requests to add or remove Secondary Corporate Members (SCMs) and company members, and receives all communications regarding corporate membership.

Whatever option you'll select,
you will enjoy the exclusive ITS Midwest member benefits in excellent company!
